Overview and Eligibility

The Ffbet Affiliate Program enables partners to earn commissions by promoting Ffbet products to eligible players through unique tracking links. Participation is limited to individuals and entities compliant with applicable law. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and operate in jurisdictions where advertising and participation in online gaming activities are lawful. All activities conducted under this program must conform to the laws and regulations of the applicable territory.

Registration and Verification

Interested parties submit a formal application to join the program. Upon receipt, Ffbet conducts standard due diligence, including verification of identity and, where applicable, business registration. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, business registration documents, and proof of address. Approval or denial of access to the Affiliate Program will be communicated in writing, and access to the affiliate portal will be granted only after successful verification.

How the Program Works

Affiliates earn commissions by referring players who engage with Ffbet through tracked links. Referrals are attributed to the responsible affiliate when a player's activity is initiated via a unique tracking identifier. Commissions accrue on defined metrics according to the applicable agreement and are payable subject to the terms set forth therein. Affiliates will have access to performance data through Ffbet’s reporting tools to monitor referrals, player activity, and earnings.

Commission Structures

• Revenue Share (RevShare): Commissions are calculated as a percentage of Net Gaming Revenue attributable to referred players, with rates, thresholds, and tiering defined in the Affiliate Agreement. Payments are issued on a regular cycle after revenue is realized and verified in accordance with local law and platform rules.
• Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): A fixed upfront payment for each newly registered and qualifying player who meets agreed criteria, as specified in the Affiliate Agreement. CPA payments are subject to verification of qualifying activity and may be capped by territory or traffic source as stated in the agreement.
• Hybrid Arrangements: A combination of RevShare and CPA may be offered, providing upfront compensation for acquisition alongside ongoing revenue opportunities. Terms, payment structure, and eligibility are documented in the Affiliate Agreement.

Note: Specific rates, thresholds, and available models are negotiated per affiliate and disclosed in the signed Affiliate Agreement. The program reserves the right to adjust models or terms in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Tracking, Reporting and Analytics

Ffbet provides an affiliate dashboard with real-time and historical reporting. Affiliates can access metrics such as clicks, referred players, deposits, and calculated commissions. Data is retained in accordance with applicable data protection rules. Discrepancies in reported activity may be escalated to the affiliate management team for review, with resolution timelines defined in the Affiliate Agreement.

Marketing Materials and Compliance

All promotional materials, including banners, landing pages, and copy, are distributed or approved by Ffbet. Affiliates must use only tracking-enabled links issued by Ffbet and may not deploy campaigns that misrepresent the brand, mislead players, or breach applicable advertising laws. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to, cloaking, misrepresentation of odds or returns, and any activity that could bring Ffbet into disrepute. Affiliates are expected to align campaigns with responsible gambling standards and regulatory obligations.

Brand Protection, Compliance and Responsible Gambling

Affiliates must comply with all applicable gaming laws, advertising standards, and data protection regulations. Age and location restrictions apply, and affiliate activities should promote safe and responsible gambling. Ffbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet compliance requirements or engage in activities that undermine the integrity of the program.

Payments and Taxation

Commissions are paid in the agreed currency and via the payment method specified in the Affiliate Agreement. Payments occur on a regular schedule after the fulfillment of revenue recognition and verification steps. Affiliates bear responsibility for any applicable taxes, with Ffbet providing appropriate tax documents where legally required. Minimum payout amounts and payment cycles are defined in the Affiliate Agreement.

Affiliate Management and Support

Each affiliate is assigned a dedicated affiliate manager who will assist with onboarding, performance optimization, and campaign strategy. The affiliate management team provides guidance on compliant advertising practices, traffic quality, and promotional opportunities. Support channels and response times are documented in the Affiliate Agreement and accessible via the affiliate portal.

Term, Termination and Post-Termination Obligations

The Affiliate Agreement governs term and termination. Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, eligibility for ongoing commissions ends, subject to post-termination payout rights for referred players generated prior to termination and in compliance with all applicable laws and the affiliate agreement. The affiliate must cease using tracking links and remove promotional materials upon termination.

Privacy, Data Security and Compliance with Law

Ffbet maintains appropriate data protection measures in line with applicable regulations. Affiliates must safeguard any confidential information received in connection with the program and comply with data privacy requirements. The program operates in accordance with governing law and regulatory oversight; affiliates must comply with all applicable anti-money laundering, know-your-customer, and security requirements.
