General Terms and Conditions

1. Preamble and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the Ffbet platform and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform or opening an account, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the rules applicable to games, bonuses and promotions published from time to time. The Company may amend the Agreement; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions and Parties

In this Agreement, the terms “Ffbet”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Platform. “You” or “User” refers to the player who accesses or uses the Platform. References to a single or multiple sections shall be construed accordingly.

3. Eligibility and Compliance

• Persons must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to participate in gambling activities. The Company may request proof of age and reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if verification fails.
• Participation is restricted where gambling is illegal or prohibited. The Company does not guarantee that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction, and the User bears responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws.
• The Company may restrict access or refuse service to residents of certain countries or territories. The list of restricted jurisdictions can change without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Access

1. To access the core services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a password, and true personal information including name, date of birth, and contact details as requested.
2. The Company may request identity documents to verify information. If documents are not provided or are insufficient, the account may be suspended or closed.
3. You must maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information. Failure to comply may result in restricted transactions, suspension or termination of accounts, or cancellation of payments.
4. You may contact customer support for registration assistance using approved channels provided by the Platform.
5. Only one active account per natural person is permitted. The Company may close duplicate accounts and treat associated transactions and winnings as void or refundable, at its discretion.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money Laundering

1. By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age, that you are the sole owner of funds in your account, and that all information provided is true and current.
2. The Company may perform periodic or triggered identity verification checks. During such checks, withdrawal functionality may be restricted.
3. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate account closure and restriction of access to the Platform.
4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where verification cannot be completed or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or illicit activity.

6. Security and Account Access

1. You must keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and for promptly notifying the Company of any suspected breach.
2. In the event of unauthorized use, you must notify the Company immediately. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where negligence by the User is evident.

7. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

1. Participation in gambling activities requires deposits to your account. Funds must be derived from legitimate sources and owned by you.
2. You shall not solicit or accept funds from third parties for deposit into your account. The Company reserves the right to confiscate winnings or suspend the account if third-party funding is detected.
3. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through electronic payment methods approved by the Platform. Cash transactions are not allowed. You agree to comply with the terms of the payment providers used by the Platform.
4. The Company may suspend, reverse or investigate deposits or withdrawals suspected of fraud or illegality. Where necessary, funds may be withheld until verification is completed.

8. Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Promotions and bonuses are governed by their own terms and conditions, which form part of this Agreement. Promotions may be limited to eligible jurisdictions and may be restricted by account, address, IP, or device. Wagering requirements, game weighting, and time limits apply as published for each promotion. Malfunctions void all promotional plays and related winnings. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion and to reclaim bonuses and winnings if misuse is detected.

9. Responsible Gaming

1. Ffbet is committed to responsible gaming. Tools such as deposit limits, session time reminders, self‑exclusion and Take A Break are available in the User’s profile under Responsible Gaming.
2. You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing or removing a limit is subject to a cooling‑off period as published on the Platform.
3. Self‑exclusion is permanent and cannot be revoked. If you attempt to bypass self‑exclusion or create another account, the Platform may suspend the new or existing accounts and confiscate balances where appropriate.

10. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

If an account is inactive for a defined period, the Company may treat the balance as dormant and may implement administrative measures, including notification, re‑verification, or closure of the account. Funds remaining at closure may be returned in the Company’s absolute discretion, subject to applicable law and processing constraints.

11. Suspension, Termination and Closure of Accounts

The Company may suspend or terminate an account, or refuse to provide services, at its sole discretion for breaches of this Agreement, fraud, or any conduct prejudicial to the Platform. Upon termination, you may request closure of your account and the Company will return remaining funds in accordance with its withdrawal policies, subject to any applicable deductions or compliance checks.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to a selected Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure in accordance with applicable law. The governing law for this Agreement shall be the law of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement. Data collected during registration and use of the Platform will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the stated privacy practices of Ffbet. Users have rights of access, correction and deletion as provided by law and the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the Terms

Ffbet may update this Agreement from time to time. The latest version will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon posting. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Platform and notify us in writing.

15. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Ffbet in relation to the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, whether written or oral. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Company’s rights under this Agreement may be assigned to successors or assignees without notice to you. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
